I created this collage in the middle of my journey to heal a broken heart. It was a talisman that I was headed to a much better place, one full of joy. Deep down I knew that my brokenness was only a temporary condition, and I would be so much healthier and happier because I had gone through this healing process. What I discovered is that healing cannot be rushed, but rather honored as a sacred journey to becoming who I had always been underneath all the layers of who I thought I should be.
